Free Advice Sessions
We offer free information sessions via Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00 PM, hosted by our directors and consultants. Covers general planning and licensing advice across Scotland. If your query can't be addressed on the day, we continue engaging after the session.
Formal Consultation
A paid, in-depth discussion of your specific situation with one of our experts. Ideal for exploring a technical, legal, or commercial question before deciding on further action. In many cases, the consultation cost can be refunded against any further services we undertake.
Formal Letters & Representations
We draft formal correspondence to authorities, lenders, or other parties setting out the correct legal position at your property. These can hold enforcement action in abeyance, inform solicitors, and smooth relationships between stakeholders.
Ongoing Advisory Retainer
For operators with complex or evolving situations, we offer an ongoing advisory relationship. Regular updates on regulatory changes, proactive compliance monitoring, and priority access to our team.
1-to-1 with a Senior Expert — £199/hour
For complex situations requiring specialist expertise — enforcement defence, planning strategy, appeal preparation, or multi-property portfolio advice. 1-hour sessions via Google Meet, available Tuesday & Thursday 1-4pm.
